Life Peerage for Chairman of the British Red Cross
Sir Charles Lamb Allen CBE has been granted the title of Baron Allen of Kensington, of Kensington in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Under the Life Peerage Act 1958 and will sit in the House of Lords for the Labour Party.
