Life Peerage for Former Leader of Sheffield City Council

Mr Paul James Scriven has been granted the title of Baron Scriven, of Hunters Bar in the City of Sheffield. Under the Life Peerage Act 1958 and will sit in the House of Lords as a Liberal Democrat.
