MVO for Communications Secretary to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry

Dr Edward William Perkins has been appointed a Member of the Royal Victorian Order (MVO) for his service as Communications Secretary to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Henry of Wales.
