Life Peerage for New Minister of Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Health

Mr David Gifford Leathes Prior has been granted the title of Baron Prior of Brampton, of Swannington in the County of Norfolk. Under the Life Peerage Act 1958 and will sit in the House of Lords as a Conservative.
