Life Peerage for Chairman of the Local Government Association

Mr Gary Andrew Porter has been granted the title of Baron Porter of Spalding, of Spalding in the County of Lincolnshire. Under the Life Peerage Act 1958 and will sit in the House of Lords as a Conservative.
