New Lord Lieutenant for Leicestershire
Mr Arvind Michael Kapur OBE DL has been appointed by Her Majesty the Queen to become Lord Lieutenant for Leicestershire succeeding Lady Gretton DVCO who retires on the 14th June 2018.
